Travel is additional and is charged at $1 per km.
All prices are in NZD and on the invoice it will be + GST (15%).
Prices are valid as at June 2023 and are subject to change at the discretion of Make Me Up.
Services are priced according to a specific service time, additional time is charged at $30 per 15min.
Terms & Conditions
Deposit:
To confirm a booking we require a 50% booking fee to confirm your booking and secure your date. The outstanding balance is then paid 7 days prior tothe day or cash on the day. The booking fee is non-refundable.
If bride has no wedding trial:
Overtime pricing will incur. 15 mins $20, 15-30 mins $30, 30-45 mins $50, 45-60 mins $60, 60 mins+ $120. If the booking is made 7 days prior charges will be applied to have the space available for the booking. Please note once you have paid your booking fee, this means that you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions.
Travel:
$1 per kilometre, per stylist according to google maps. Please remember to consider this as a return trip, we are more than happy to take on destination weddings, films, tv, photoshoots etc keeping in mind that all expenses will need to be covered. There is no early morning fee or public holiday surcharge.
Pricing:
Pricing is specified on your quote and invoice. Pricing is subject to change.
Event Cancellation
If the client cancels an appointment within 14 days of their booking a 50% cancellation fee is payable, if the client cancels within 48 hours 100% payment is due.
Cancellation
If a client cancels a wedding within 8 weeks of the booking 100% of the invoice is payable. Cancellations before 8 weeks 50% is payable. All amendments to bookings can generally be fitted in and we are happy to try our best to work around any changes.
Allergies & Illness
We are not under any circumstances responsible for any allergic reactions to products used. The onus is on the client to notify us if you or anyone in-group has particular sensitivity that you are aware of. We will be happy to useyour products that you are familiar with.
Please be considerate of my practice if you are sick or have a contagious illness please cancel your booking.
Unforeseen Circumstances
In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide makeup and hair services for your booking, we will notify you as soon as possible and make every attempt o secure another stylist in our place. there will be no monetary compensation for the change of stylist. If there is no replacement we will refund you.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any completed makeup and hair services. If there are any issues please notify us while we are still on location.
